Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This policy explains how we handle information when you visit online-solitaire-play.com (the "site"). You can play every game without an account, and we never ask for your name or email address to play.
Who we are
The site is run by Lunar Interactive Arts Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12044811. Our registered office is 102 Lady Margaret Road, Flat D, London, N19 5EX, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we keep
Nothing on our own servers. The site remembers a few preferences, such as your card design, whether you play Turn 1 or Turn 3, and whether sound is on. These are saved in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use it only to reply.
Services that collect data
Cloudflare
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and games people use. It may set cookies and collect data such as your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you visit. Where the law requires consent, it only runs after you agree through our cookie banner.
Google AdSense
The site shows ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads, to limit how often you see the same ad, and, where permitted, to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
- You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of some other companies' personalised ads at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
- Google explains its use of data in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Cookies and consent
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see a consent banner from a Google-certified consent platform before any advertising or analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time through the privacy settings link on the site.
Legal basis (UK and EEA)
We rely on your consent for advertising and analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site for everything else. You can withdraw consent whenever you like.
International transfers
Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, these transfers are covered by safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or limit how it is used, and to withdraw consent. Because we don't hold personal data ourselves, most requests about ads and analytics are best handled through the Google links above, but you can always contact us.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to opt out of its sale or sharing (which can include some advertising cookies), and not to be treated differently for using these rights.
Children
The site is meant for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
